Sea Hunt

Found all the beaches loaded with seaweeds - so took a ride to Sebastian Inlet..North side of the park is open - but not the North Pier... South side of park is closed. I parked along the road and walked up to the South Jetty. There was plenty of bait washing out with outgoing tide - a bit sporty in the inlet - occasional unknown predators would make mullet jump - but whatever those fish were - we suffered a failure to communicate between their mouths and my hooks ! a video clip attached [video]https://youtu.be/_2YDhzyQnXU[/video]

Can anyone tell me if the jetty's are open at Sebastian Inlet park? Have a couple days this week I'd like to fish there en route up the coast.
