It happens every year at this time, The Mullet Run. If you hit the beach at the right time you will be in for a show. Mullet, snook, tarpon and shark flying out of the water in a feeding frenzy. It seem like it would be easy to get into the action, hook up a mullet, throw it into the mess of fish and hold on. But is it not always that easy. It seems like you bait is mixed in with 1,000,000,000 of other baits and the fish that you are looking to catch never finds it. You can increase your chances of a fish by keeping it in the strike zone. The strike zone is not in the large school of bait or around it but under it. Get you bait down and hold on.
