I thought I'd share with you guys a recent experience regarding our boat builder. I put a small chip in the gc just where the bow entry transitions to the bottom. No big deal, finger nail size but it bothered me so I texted Frank and three days later I received the gc and hardener. I called a well renowned Long Island 60+years of experience glass man. Geno has helped me out before in repairs when I lost to a dock, rock etc.... Gene tells me to drop the boat off and pick it up in a couple of hours, so I did. When I went back to pickup the boat there were 2 men with Geno. Now Gino is sought after for repairs on some of the most high end boats built, owned by people of very substantial means.
The three gentlemen were admiring our boat, and told me that of all the years, time and money they've spent on boats they have never seen a boat builder whose attention to detail the fit/finish and the overall design of the boat is as flawless and beautiful as ours.
A true compliment from those in the know.
