Garmin 4208 and through hull Transducer

I have an 2007 Egret 189 with a Garmin4208 and the through hull transducer. If I were to replace the 4208 can I still use the through hull transducer?

Thanks for the information. I will give them a call. I would like to continue to use the through hull transducer and I am not familiar with how it is installed.
