I never made it out, but am going Saturday. Sure hope it is open. Information is scarce at best. By the way, did you catch any fish? Were things a mess with super high water?
Check the volusia county website under news releases, they are updating the lists of openenings / closings, but I'm not sure if its accurate since it said It was closed the day I went out.
I got one decent red sight fished on fly in an area where I found some cleaner water. The fish seemed pretty normal, but they have access to a lot of new places now, I heard some way back in the creeks.

Riverbreeze was open. I think the orange barrels were there because the lights were out, so you could line up with the ramps.
Ended up catching 6 reds, 3 snook (which is very odd for me on the flats), a few small trout, tons of ladyfish and jacks.
Water was in great shape. Looked a little more fresh than normal (quite stained).
Biolab ramp is open but water is filthy, Titusville marina ramp is open, Kennedy Pt ramp is closed. Also the 2 ramps to the St Johns on hwy 46 out of Sanford are closed.

Intersting. The middle and north lagoon water was in great shape! Very surprised to see that.
