Picked this up over on THT it is very helpful.
Bahamas Customs Forms - Fillable in PDF
I took the time to make the forms needed for the Bahamas Customs fillable for ease of creation. I will work on the passenger manifest when I get more time, but everything else is fillable.
FYI, I chose not to allow the signature or the date section to be fillable.
May their government want dry ink on those sections?
