We pressure cook Squirrels with one at my Hunting Camp.
Flash Fry brown them , then P.Cook till they fall off the bone. Drink while your cooking so them Squirrels will taste real good.
Dinner at 10;30 pm , half drunk , Them,s some Good Eats my Friend...:Glass

Both my nieces have one and use them regularly. Supposedly they come with a recipe book. What I understood it ranges from a pressure cooker to a crock pot. I believe they taught my brother how to make yogurt in it.

My wife bought one of those infomercial pressure cookers. Cooks all kind of stuff. Comes out great.

Holds 4 racks of baby backs. 30 min in that thing, then 5 min on a hot grill and those things are friggin awesome.
