Microwaved Lobster tail and legs

Do it. The best I ever had! Easy and comes out perfect every time. A few of commercial buddies of mine brought this upon me and swore by it. I'll admit that I was grossed out by it until I tried it.

Lobster tails-
Microwave safe steam bag-
Tiny amount of water-
Lemon juice and butter-
3-5 mins depending on the amount of tails.
Boom done to perfection

Because lobster is so hard and time consuming to cook the old-fashioned way....

As a general rule seafood never goes in the microwave around me.

A couple friends swear by nuked kingfish steaks. Nope.

We used to nuke red snapper whilst offshore before they went extinct. Some butter and Cavender's and it was quite tasty.

It does not come out perfect EVERY time tho.

We spent 35 days at Walkers and didn't have many options as teenagers. Pan sauteed or fried was too much work. We were busy fishing, diving ,drinking and smoking weed.

Saw a thing on Food Network advising to nuke the frozen king and snow crabs from the grocery store. Said they were precooked so wrap in damp paper towels and nuke.

I do that with frozen king crab legs from Costco.

Did one last night again in the mirco. 2 minutes. Came out perfect! No chewy rubbery texture. Nice and soft. Almost like crab meat.

Even I was surprised how easy it was in the microwave! Easy snacks in the island and no wasting time!
