Anyone know?

Has it been swept under the rug as it seems they are doing with the little Mohamed being startled incident?

This crap is getting old.

Back in March the judge ruled this was NOT a "stand your ground" defense so the case will go to trial. I'm not sure when that will be, but the retired cop has been charged with 2nd degree murder.

    Thanks, I had no idea.

Maybe this one will be held accountable. What disgusted me about the early phases of the case was how many of his cop bretheren immediately came to his defense immediately. After he killed a young father. Over texting in a theater. World-class ******* there...

****, hell is frozen over, I agree with you.

We look forward to hearing the defense argument.

They'll probably allege that the tossed popcorn was a threat.

If any had landed in their clients mouth, he could have choked!

They could also use the old standby and claim "diminished capacity".

Wouldn't be surprised to see them produce CAT scans of the clients skull.

Expert witness' will be called in to interpret them, and the case is about over.

There was nothing to "escape" from.

All the idiot had to do was sit down, and shut up.
