9600 acres lease Arcadia Fl looking for (2) members.

Total private ranch is 9600 acres. We have 10 members. Camp site with water.(no electric at this time) year round Access. Located in Arcadia FL in Zone C. Archery season starts mid sept. There is corn and millit fields on property. Quality deer. Have pics from kills from last year,as well as game camera pics from this year and last year. Lots of hogs. Plenty of Osceola turkeys, Quail, and dove too. Have tons of game camera pics and can show the property to serious inquires. 2 spots are avail. 6500$ per year. Sweet now that am 59 and gaining on years. I have to have power. Generators are fine and were fine but when you get up there in years the simple things such as AC are not negotiable.

You wont have any problem filling the lease.

Ya power is defiantly nice. It's possibility on the future. But to run power this is $86,000 😳 They may end up blighting the bullet but not at the moment.

I'm with ya', Eddie. We were primitive for the first 3 years on our lease, and while I didn't mind it at the time (honeymoon period induced sickness), I cannot imagine life (sleep) without air conditioning during bow season.
But those are some fine deer you have there, and I"m sure someone will gladly suffer for a shot at one or two of them.

Two non family guest. Immediate family does not count as guest such as wife and kids etc. per membership two Bucks 8 point or better. (No basket racks) and 1 doe. 2 gobblers, and unlimited hogs. Quail and dove follow state rules
