A1 Flow Equalization Basin permits (waterfowl)

Word is there will be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday hunts... 100 permits, 3 hunters per permits.

I don't know anything about it, or where it is for that matter. Im pretty sure I won't be heading south this season so I have no intent to apply but was just curious as to where on the map it is. That many permits leads me to believe it's a large area. I know it's close to STA 3/4

It's a setup. Any abuse will be used by sfwmd as an excuse to throw out hunters.

Have to manned during hunts just like the other stas. Happy to see it's finished finally and able to look around

Info we have is in the UW-F Member Forum. Will put it on the Public Forum when confirmed. Basically 100 permits, 3 per permit. Open Fri Sat and Sun. No check station. No trailers, but electric motors allowed. Apply through FWC permitting system as per any other venue. If you get a FEB permit it is your One Permit per Draw period.

Only a fool would apply for them then. If it is an feb or an Sta but no chance of both.

There will be no returns and no reissues? This is the test then for the stas next year. Ultra limited public hunt experience?

I'm most interested in if the fwc will do reissue permits online since it requires no extra personnel for that process....
