How deep to find the ARS now off Pasco?

Earlier we were finding 16-20" ones in 55 feet of water. Wondering if they are deeper now - going out spearfishing on Monday.

As a specie I don't think it strange to find them in those depths. Off Venice LA I have found huge ARS on the shallow defunct oil rigs in muddy brown warm water.

I've not done it, but my friends have them zeroed in @ 50ft. The fish were really nice (and tasted good too!), but the bigger ones they got in 80'.

Well considering for years the reports have people running to 120ft or more to get them. I'd say it is strange. This is the first year I've seen multiple reports of RS being caught that shallow.
