I am limiting our group to 3 mule deer members at $5K, 3 whitetail members at $5K, and 6 Spring turkey members at $1500. Includes hunting rights, farm house lease, utilities, and liability insurance. This ground has excellent mule deer, white-tailed deer, and turkey populations. Has not been leased or open to hunting since the family bought it in the 1930s. There is a good crop of mature mule deer and white-tailed deer bucks. It is a working row crop and cattle farm that gets closely watched 24/7.
