River Marine Supply's fishing department is now set up. I am trying to decide what will bring more of you guys in, 7 lb chum at $4.50 or 25 lb chum at $13.50 ?

Most of the chum and bait came in this afternoon.
The 25 lb blocks will arrive by noon tomorrow.

As much as I tried, I was not able to get to $13.50 for the 25 lbs, Its going to be $14.00 for the 25 lbs.
For those asking which chum we are bringing in, its what many of the commercial fishermen in the keys buy.

That's how we always buy chum here up North...we buy three 5 gal pails at a time for a day of offshore Shark Fishing....never even saw small boxes of chum for sale up here in NJ.
One or two pails would be ideal for a day of yellowtailing on the reefs down here...cant stand the 7 pound boxes, real pain in the ****...by the time one box is done the fish are just starting to gather and you have to stop fishing to set out another.
With a pail, you just dump it upside down into a milk crate, tie it off to a cleat so the crate dips in and out of the water while the boat rocks and that's it..."set it and forget it".

second that comment - I was the only person there and still waited 10 minutes while salesman looked up prices and handwrote the invoice. A lot of the product is not priced but gets onto the shelves, you have to trust that River will still have the best price. Bilge pumps were higher that they should have been. Welcome back

We have tirelessly worked at placing price tags on the shelfs. Not finished but more price tags are placed every day.
I lowered prices on the pumps a few days ago. I evaluate pricing each day and reduced them when possible.
Am trying to post a one day super special priced item once or twice a week on instagram, so follow us on it.
