I disagree...I think he will bring another tool in to balance out the offense. I don't think we know how good or bad Bortles is yet because his entire career has been him behind the 8 ball...A guy like Fournette can open up the passing game by keeping the defense on their toes...in the past any defense facing the Jags knew they were going to pass, this gives them a legit option of running the ball. I am not saying the Jags will win the Super Bowl or even make it to the playoffs...but IMO this gives them a tool to maybe win some games, and see if Bortles really is the problem

I disagree because Chris Ivory won the AFC rushing title the season prior to getting to jax, hes a good hard nose RB that had zero space because defenses didn't respect Bortles. Hell TJ Yeldon might be good, my point is idk if any of the RB on the roster last eyar were missing holes, there just wasn't any space. I feel like they should have traded out of there and stock piled picks, they need more than one guy at a position that will never be successful without a competent QB and an OL hovering around average

Completely agree. Barry Sanders in his prime couldnt average more than three an half ypc behind this line.
Good pick going for the big playmaker. Draft linemen later on.
