Live baits for sissies.. just kidding, good job. I'm having terrible luck this year, hundreds around me last night and I just couldn't hook one, 6 hits and no connections. Time for me to break out some live bait too.

I guess I can't tell since they never bite anyway. I never seem to catch them until July after they get back from the spawn. I'll have to come down there and go with you sometime before then.
Lol it's been a LONG time since I made that mistake of posting spots up. Sucks to go out where there's usually zero or one boat to see 7 of em. Now, whenever I post a spot, I use a location that I know for a fact there are no tarpon at. Gotta keep em guessing.
It's also why I don't hardly post pictures anymore.

If the water is in the 60s, generally speaking, you won't find tarpon on the beach, in my experience.
This year is an early season.
