I think you still need the tax stamp.

    That is correct.

Why do you want one, just out of curiosity? Hunting or target practice?

You can buy them for $99 but the stamp is still $200 + Photos + fingerprints + an 8 month wait ...

I'm sure with you being a terrible shot the silencer will settle the neighbors' nerves. Is this a trolling expedition

Pretty sure you can't shoot rat loads with a suppressor as the bb would hit the baffles

You need live traps if you have neighbor problems. Check your local laws, and put them out to get the squirrels before you get fruit. I relocate quite a ways away to prevent them from returning. That is usually 2 miles or better still on the other side of a canal or water body. In Florida, you need landowner permission to release nuisance animals on their property New squirrels will come to claim any vacant territory, so it becomes an all year long thing. You can't get them all, but you can control your losses and reduce their damage.

you need a high powered pellet gun for squirrels.

I saw a genius way of keeping them off of a bird feeder, someone put a slinky around the base, when the squirrel got to it...GOING DOWN!
