I own a bar with 27 taps, mostly all craft, so I get to try a lot. So many it's hard to remember which ones I liked the most.

You may have a drinking problem.

Sometimes I wish I would just settle in and stick with 5 or 6 beers. Like you, I end up having a hard time remembering the ones that I really liked.

No problem. I generally like to pick one beer and stick with it for the night, but almost always, the keg will kick it, and I have to change up....though we are shifting over to having 10-12 static lines, which means we always carry that beer...

When in doubt, a Bells beer is usually very tasty. Sharkinator White IPA is real good. 420 is always there for me too.

I've hit a good many of the tampa st Pete ones.

Cigar city is probably most favorite
I will say in the last 2-3 years 3 daughters has pulled even.
    I love both
I have a much bigger and more powerful button

    I haven't had a Sweetwater in a while.

When I first moved, all I drank was Dogfish Head. They did not distribute that in Minnesota, not even Yuengling. And the wife like Mich Golden (Mich Golden) which isn't in distribution down here, although family brought some down for her and she doesn't like it anymore.

Maybe the real question we should be asking is are there some brewers that you find terrible or blah. That would probably be easier.

Not local but New Belgium falls in that category for me.

I've never had one of their products that I even remotely liked.

We're all about the local as well, trying to phase in more FLA beers all the time.

Lately, we've been featuring beers from Sailfish Brewing Co., out of Ft. Pierce. They have a fancy new taproom, and are now distributing all over south Fl.

I'm a huge fan of Due South. Very cool taproom.

Other local area beers we usually have are Tequesta, Islamorada, MIA, Swamp Head and of course Funky Buddha and Cigar City.

That is very cool, I'd love to be able to try out all the new beers, especially when they're fresh.

I got big into IPA's years ago, until every brewer out there tried to outdo each other with bitterness. Now they seem to have come around and doing so many interesting things with flavors.

Hit 3 on the way down the Honda Classic, Sailfish in Ft Pierce, Tequesta Brewing Company in Jupiter and Twisted Trunk in Palm Beach Gardens. They all had really good brews but my favorite is my local one Intracoastal in Melbourne great brew and the best wait staff.

There are a few that have opened up in downtown Sanford that are supposed to be pretty good from what I hear.

I'm always on the lookout for a good, local IPA.

This is one of the reasons I like wheat beer. You can do a lot with the flavor. That being said, I don't like it overdone. Tomoka Hazy Sunrise I like and they have one at the brewery that has a Sage Peppercorn Beer that is awesome.

My all around beer to have on hand when doing yard work is Magic Hat #9.

Ranger is one of my favorite IPAs (although the list is long).

Celery City is a nice little hole in the wall place in Sanford. They have a well kept shuffleboard table too.

I like Fat Tire, but I hardly think of New Belgium as a Micro Brew.

Ranger, to me, tastes about as much like an IPA as Sam Adams Rebel.

    Which is, not at all.

We've got so many breweries in St. Pete that, just like restaurants, I can't see how they all will stay in business.

Three Daughters, Green Bench, and to a slightly lesser degree Cage Brewing all have large party areas for games, live music, food trucks, etc. And then there's Pinellas Ale Works, St. Pete Brewing, and Cycle Brewing. Some within feet of each other, all within a half-mile radius. And Flying Boat should open soon. And Mastry's on St. Pete Beach.

I think Cycle makes better beer than even Cigar City but their tasting room is for serious tasting, no music, food, or games.

    Apparently not just my opinion:
    http://www.cltampa.com/food-drink/drinks/article/20853055/beer-issue-2017-modest-plans-major-payoffs-for-cycle-brewing

just last month, one of the largest and most cred-heavy beer sites on the net, Ratebeer.com, named Cycle not just the top brewer in Florida, but also No. 2 in the world.

New brewery to open soon in Gainesville. They started life as Rainstorm but were sued by Big Storm and they now will open as "Well and Good". The location is off a bike trail at 1001 NW Fourth St. near downtown. Gville's 1909 ice house and smokery is now a new brewery!

    Opening by summer. :crossed

Yeah but as said above there's got to be a critical mass where some just don't make it. It's a hugely trendy business right now but fads change...

I hardly ever go to the breweries or their "tasting rooms" (yawn) unless we're playing or there's a band I want to see, too many hipster people bring their freaking kids up there. To what is essentially a bar.

Sorry, I have a problem with that, and one thing I don't like about 1st Mag is they encourage it with playground items, toys and games and crap.

I go out to eat and drink some beers. I rarely if ever go to a drink only place.

Out west, towns with populations less than 10,000 would have 2-3 breweries. Gville can easily support several breweries, it is all about location, food options and mass distribution by kegging/canning. The tasting room/tap room pays the bills and all of the "exported" beer is profit.

My nephew was in town, so we did a little brewery tour on the way back from the Outlet Mall in Daytona.

Visited Persimmon Hollow up in DeLand and it was pretty good. They have the typical garage theme tap room. I guess that's the easiest thing to do when you're brewing in a warehouse. The beer was good.

Then we hit Central 28. My advice, don't bother.
