Anything Happening around Jupiter?

PAflyslingerPAflyslinger Posts: 4 Greenhorn
I'm headed down to the Jupiter area right at the beginning of March and was wondering if anyone had any insight as to what might be going on? I've fly fished the area last August and January, and got into some fish each time. Mostly just barracuda, snook, and jacks. I'm planning on chucking an intermediate line and a ton of different flies on the area between the Jupiter Inlet and the Juno Pier. Anyone have any advice on what should be happening or what types of fish to expect? I'm not looking for anyone's secret, and any help and insight is very appreciated, and I'll gladly answer and questions about New Jersey salt or Pennsylvania trout.

if you have access to a skiff... the night fishing around all the docklights up inside is usually good almost year 'round... We're talking mostly snook - and they eat flies really well...

Unfortunately, I don't think that I'll be able to access any sort of boat. I'm pretty much confined to my own two feet. I assume you mean up through the inlet? I've always wanted to fish sections like that at night, but wasn't really ever sure of the legality with me just walking? I always kinda figured it was an easy way to get in trouble. Please correct me if I'm wrong, because that type of fishing sounds right up my alley. Thanks a lot for the response, too.
