Epa is too fat as it is. The state employees already perform most of the EPA activities.
Lots of this stuff like epa, dept
Of education, energy, irs etc need to be disbanded or GREATlY reduced and much of it handled at state and local levels.

Interesting article, and looonggg... Note that Bannon is on the board of Cambridge Analytica. Perhaps it wasn't about taking advantage of complacency, but creating it, that made the difference.

Anyway, Trump won. The course correction is underway.
