Door panel removal on 2016 infiniti Q50s

Can anyone locate a video or how to on how to get this thing off? There are some clips, and/or screws I cant seem to locate with out destroying it. I have to install this

Im assuming you want to remove door panel to install the new mirror?
I can look it up after i eat lunch.
