I don't remember that one Menzies.
If someone is modifying quotes or doing something that would be cosidered offensive, malicious or attacking another member then that's different. Best way to handle it is to shoot me an IM or just post it here and we'll look at it.

You must be running out of things to complain about.
That was a rule in politics, but if you are referring to my signature, I got the member's permission to use that quote. I would think as long as the member does not object, it should not be an issue.
The problem in politics was some were using to make another look foolish by using parts of quotes and such.

I'm guessing the Mods don't even respond to him anymore when he hits the panic button.
That was a rule made in and only applied to the forum which shall not be mentioned. It was because some bonehead would make a stupid statement and another bonehead would put it as their signature to display the stupidity of the first bonehead.
