Any fishing reports?

I am cruising home to visit the ol parents and bringing the bay boat this weekend. I haven't fished the port or cocoa beach area for quite some time.


Any reports on what the action is? I heard the grass flats I used to fish are just barren sand desserts now. Any info on morning dock bite, whats biting in the port, off the beach, near mangroves, etc?

mangroves in the morning, white jerkshads or small twitch baits, docks with lights at night.

No motor zone/ haulover canal has been good with Black Drums

Fished the inlet yesterday, some small 12" flounder, jacks and one nice red all on artificials and light tackle Saw some black drum and sheepheads being landed on the jetty.

Sharks and tarpon have been on the beaches. Satellite Beach area.
