2014 Suzuki DF20A

About a year ago, I posted a fishing report and stated that I had to come home on my trolling motor due to failure of the above engine. I think it was Capt Louie who asked that I post what the problem once I found out. I'm not sure if I ever did respond.
I write as, a year later, I have been let down again by the same engine, with that same issue. It ended up being (both times) a wiring harness (Part#36610-89L10 if you're interested). The mechanic at Three Rivers Marine tells me that he has seen this same issue several times. Hopefully Suzuki will recognize the issue and do something about it.
The Suzuki DF9.9A, DF15a and DF20A are essentially the same engine.

...just a heads up / FYI for anyone with these engines.

You're the second person I've heard of with this failure. It's a shame because there are no other fuel injected options in that horsepower range.

Yes, it's too bad too as I like the engine in every other way; easy to start, light, good bottom end torque, ridiculously fuel efficient.
If Suzuki issues a bulletin or re-call, I'll try to keep the forum apprised.
