New Stick Marsh and Lake Lawton

What is the latest status of these new lakes. I thought they were supposed to be open by now. Anyone have any info? Thanks Maybe the lack of rainfall we are experiencing recently is delaying water for these places. The levels are going to be really low this spring if we don't start getting some rain.

The lake east of the Stick Marsh I think will be called Fellsmere Lake. It is filling up and may be fishable but they have not put in the ramp. Problems with a developer on east side of this lake & county and or FWC in regards who's paying for it, etc. My guess is it will not open until late this year or first part of 2018.
