We haven't done this in a while and we have a good number of newbies.
So where did you get your screen name from? While some of them make sense the vast majority don't.
Have any of you got screen names that made sense when you first used it but no longer applies to you, but you hang onto to it anyway?
Maybe if we tell people that the brain is an App, they will start using it.

Catholics used to be limited to fish every Friday as they could not eat meat..
Now it is just Friday's during lent (or at least not meat anyway).
Oh.
Waaaaay back when I first signed up for an internet account (I think it was Compu-serv and then they were bought out by this company called America On Line), I think in the 1992 time frame, everyone was concerned about using real names on line. So the big warning was to make up a name for security sake.
I was reading a biography titled "C" that had come out a couple of years before. It was the story of Sir Stewart Graham Menzies, who was head of M.I.6 during WWII under Winston Churchill and afterwards during the early days of the Cold War. It is said that Bond's M was modeled after him.
So, I thought it would be the perfect "secure" screen name! I used it, and have used it on every on line forum/site that I have joined since.
By the way, it is pronounced Meng-giss
