These guys didn't eat last time. I'm going tonight. What fly and what kind of action will catch them? I'm new to this.

I'd try small clousers.. and small streams like ep baitfish, deceivers, etc.
Be ready for the snook and little tarpon as well

Thanks I've been throwing the small clouser. Had one strike. Next time I'm downsizing leader.

We always do pretty well on mangs at night.... Two things -we use the same Night Fly that we use for tarpon and snook (small bushy all white tarpon fly on a 1/0 or 2/0 Owner Aki hook) and we stay as far as possible from the target area. Even when you stay away from the dock as far as possible only your first few casts will get bit... After that go somewhere else...

Downsized leader and caught 3 keepers on the white clouser. Also caught some nice small tarpon.
