Fly tying @ HG's.

Tomorrow (Saturday), Harry Goode's Outdoor shop is hosting a free fly tying class. Good day for an entry level tyer to learn something new, or for an experienced tyer that just feels like hanging out and tying a few flies. All hooks/materials have been donated by the shop, class starts at 1pm. And I honestly haven't decided what we're tying yet. Open to suggestions.

    Mr Dirt,

    Very nice looking fly.

I used to tie a very similar pattern in a light brown color and fished it at night on the full moon in Key West harbor for tarpon during the nightly "shrimp hatch" some of the most exciting fishing I ever done.
