tropical flats fishing for wife and me

Seeking ideas to do some tropical flats fishing. I want a place where wading is effective. My wife would be accompanying me and she needs to have a swimming pool and she would fish little if at all but would be on the boat. So, I would book 2 persons fishing. We want a basically all-inclusive place, not in Mexico where I could mainly fly fish. Looking at Jan-Mar timeframe. Your recommendations are appreciated.

Maybe look into Cuba like Cayo Largo that would be different for sure. Or maybe bone fish in Oahu, you can basically wade fish minutes from Honolulu.

Nervous waters has a bonefish place on Marsh Harbor. Went 3 times in last 3 yrs and caught plenty of bonefish by boat and wading.
They have a sweet setup with small pool, great meals....etc. It's called the Abaco Lodge. Highly recommend but not cheap.
