Sands resort aspect temporarily closing, better days ahead

Hello all, effective November 28, the resort aspect will be closing as the property transitions from a developer run resort to a home owner run resort. Any one with a reservation after November 28 will be refunded and given the oprion to book with the owners for the same dates. In the interem until April 1 the ammenties will be limited to dockage, fuel sales,ice sales, Infiniti pool and condo usage. Upon full transition, as a owner directed resort we pledge the following.
1. All guests will be emailed inward declaration and cruising forms ahead of arrival.
2.All units will be updated to include live TV, internet and updated units.
3.Fish cleaning stations will be changed over from fresh to salt water rinse.
4.We will establish more shade areas at the pool and on the beach areas.
5. Infiniti pool restaraunt will be completed.
6. All reservations will move to a online process.
7.A temporary tent wil be errected to accomadate boating groups and weddings.
