Yes they where. I saw many US based power vehicles there when I was helping with the relief efforts. West End Village was the last place that I have not heard about power being 100% restored due to the lack of infrastructure with the residential housing. Some areas where still too dangerous to turn power back on.

I went through Lucaya (East of Freeport) last week and all was well. Stayed there at Grand Bahama Yacht Club on way to Nassau.
