I didn't see the game. How did Tenn let Muschamp beat them?

Tenn was the luckies most overrated team in CFB.
They got beyond lucky in their first 5 games. This is why I said UF would still win the east after losing to Tenn.
If Del Rio is in that game no way Temn wins.

Don't think you will get any arguments with that comment.

Injuries, poor coaching, lack of depth and a poor scheme.

    Recipe for disaster.

Even with the injuries, Tennessee has far more talent on paper. That was a bad loss.

    Lol at injuries.
Lack of depth? I have been hearing about your great recruiting classes for 4 years now.

I hope this loss doesn't keep the Vols from dominating next July and August.

    It's going to be nasty.

By my research Tenn is only 1 loss behind for the nation's Div 1 longest losing streak.

At least they play a completive schedule unlike the Buckeyes....

Word is Hurd demanded the team run out of the I or he be moved to tight end. WEll he is a running back and you do not get to make those sort of demands. HE is banged up, frustrated and has proven to be a diva. I hate it in that when he is on he is a monster. WHen he is not however he lacks the burst to get past the first line of defenders.

Most felt he would be gone after this season on his way to the NFL. Now he will be on his way somewhere else.

He might make a better NFL tight end than RB. Question is who will take him for only one year teaching him how to play TE?

Similar thing at UF when Cronkrite was told he was primarily a 3rd down back. He just left the team. He should have finished and transferred in the spring. Very selfish move.

Wow. Really? He is a diva for sure and a dumb one. Zone read spread offenses give guys like him a chance to excel. What does running the offense out of the I do for the offense? Nothing. You take a running back away, add a split out wide receiver and unclutter the box giving one less defender in there. He has no understanding of what makes him successful (if ever). Creating matchup problems with his legs is the key. It's not his throwing skills. Welcome to 2015 Gata quarterback dumpster fire after Grier got suspended.

Oops.......my bad......I thought the QB is leaving. :grin

They ran Hurd successfully out of the I in their bowl game last year. If the coaching staff promised him more I formation to placate him in the offseason, that misleading on their part.

Good thing they won that fancy trophy after the Va Tech game.
