Any word from Vida?

Looked like Bootle Bay was directly in the line of fire. Any news from West End? How about OBB?

See other posting. Vida and family are ok. The village of West End is in total shambles!. Bootle Bay Fishing Lodge actually weathered the horrific eye of "Matthew" fairly well but there is a lot of work to do. My storage facility for the Ocean Master held up well but my Suburban didn't do so well with flying debris knocking out two windows while in higher ground in Freeport. Very sad day for me as many of the people of West End are great folks! Many of you will recall that after Jeanne and Francis West End lost power for two months. This one is worse. They need help and provisions.

Please read our report in the SE Section.
I have asked Dave to copy it here and make it a "sticky".
    Thanks!

Thanks Jeff, I just responded to your thread. I very much appreciate everyone that helps out. If I had a boat on the east coast I would make a run but instead I've arranged for two flights of a Cessna cargo plane that can send about 1700 pounds on each flight. First flight is scheduled to go tomorrow morning. Vida Jr. is coordinating. His number is 9542254060
