**** Red Tide

Well I was planning to head to Turtle beach after work today but from all the news reports I've read the red tide is bad there and caused fish kills. Has anybody been there this week?

So I read a couple of reports that led me to believe that Manatee beach was free of red tide, but it wasn't.


How does the fishing usually take to recover after everything clears up?
