What are your favorite lures for throwing under and around docks for snook mainly, but trout and reds as well.
Also, what kind of line /leader do you favor? Thanks
When I did some of that.....a white 4 inch fluke (not super)...rigged texas style on an offset worm hook skipped under...works well.
One of the few times I think Braid is worth the added cost....

White super fluke (I don't think I've ever used the 4" but now I'm going to try). Hook won't get caught on the dock and I like the action. Big trout love it too.
Find a lure that a 12inch ladyfish will eat in the dock light, then let the ladyfish swim around with the lure in its mouth and get inhaled by a big snook.

1/4 or 3/8 oz bass jig with a zman 5" paddlers or razor shad. Skip it under and swim it out. Also recently had good success skipping the razor shad on a keel weighted kvd grip pin hook 1/8oz.

I like flies best though.

DT Special. Easy fly to tie and docklight snook love 'em. I add a little red krystal flash or red thread at the head.
Rod & Reel.....glow shrimp, unweighted salt and pepper fluke/fluke jr, c-eye mirrodine all fished around the edge of the shadows.
