that was fantastic, good find.
I received 2 calls similar to this, but from and American "IRS lawyer".

It's so easy for people to fall victim to this.
I mean who wants to mess with the "IRS".

There for a while we were getting them everyday. I don't answer calls I don't know. They can leave a message. We messed up & signed up on a 3 yr contract with mediacom's bundle. phone, internet & cable. That's got to be the worst company ever. I didn't know they can sell your phone number to these bastids. We still get from 6-8 a day from all over the country. different companies & scammers.

Get the bundle to save money, never plug in the phone. You have a cell correct? We have a home phone but it is not plugged in, everybody who needs to get in touch with us has our cell phone.

I don't see how people fall for this, seriously, if the IRS calls me I'm just going to tell them I don't have a bank account and all my money is cash and is in my matters, if they want it they can come and get it. I will meet them at the door.

theyve threatened to arrest me 3 times. Ive threatened to blow up their house, shoot their dog and set their car on fire.

I've probably had 10 calls from clients in the last month alone about this scam.
I personally had a call last week on my cell phone. 202-846-0115 and 202-846-0499
are the numbers.

I have fun telling the caller how much of a loser he is. "How's the ole career going there LOOOOOOOSER. Whassa matta? Too stupid to make an honest living? God it must suck to be you. What a MAROOOOOOOOON."

My 85 year old mother got scammed from someone claiming to be from Microsoft. Said they noticed she was having problems with her email account. She was having problems with her computer at the time so she used her debit card to pay them to fix her computer. She realised later it was a scam. She went to her bank shut down all her accounts closed and reopened need accounts. She felt stupid and ashamed to be tricked like this. I told her that Microsoft or any computer company will never call you along with the IRS or any government office. Funny thing is they tried it again and she told him she recognized him and and proceed to tell him off in words that can't be printed here what she thought of him.

That's what I have the bundle. I don't mess with cell phones.
