As already noted, once the ceramic ring pops out you need to replace the entire guide (a simple job for any shop that does rod repairs...). Stop by the shop you choose with the rod and they should be able to match the existing guides and give you a quote on the repair before they do it...
Ugly stik blanks are very durable and will give long, long service. Back when I was doing a bit of rodbuilding I had commercial hook and line customers that always wanted either Gatorglass or Ugly Stick blanks as the starting point for the heavy spinners they were using. These guys were bailing 200 to 300lbs of kings a day (day in and day out) so don't knock the Ugly Stiks.... Yes the ones you see in the store may use cheap hardware but the blank is a pretty strong proposition....
I love my ugly stick catfish rods.... like you my guides started falling apart. Replaced the guides, I'll keep those rods forever. Pulled bull reds in jax and tarpon in haulover from the current, had them bent hard on bridge rails, gunnels, dropped, fished 50lb braid, on reels with 30lbs of drag locked down, just generally beat the snot out of them and they keep on keeping on.
...one of the few rods that can be hairpinned without much chance of breakage....
When I used to dock at a marina I would always hit the trash cans and retrieve all the broken rods for the parts...I can't ever remember seeing an Ugly Stik in there>
