PE report 9/23

Decided to pull some planers for a couple hours in the morning in search of some kings. (This past Thursday was my first time ever pulling planers. Ended up with 3 kings). So we cleared the inlet at 6:45 and headed south of Hollywood. Trolled from 90'-120' and nothing. After 45 minutes, we packed up and ran north to pompano. Found them in 110'. Ended up with 5 keeper kings, 2 short kings and a Bonita within an hour. Missed a few fish at the boat as well. Some fish ate blue and silver spoons but most ate Bonita strips with a pink seawitch. Called it a day 9:30.

nice job Sean. Do you put wire on them? I have about 10 bonita strips that I made this week.

Went out yesterday and did the same thing but I only caugh Bonitas . Still good day on the water! (Bs2) RC

Yep. I usually smoke fish twice a week. It sure is nice to not have to buy fresh kingfish or spend $100 on live bait to try to catch them since I sell dip. I'm hooked on this planer fishing!!
