Yankeetown Redfish!

This time of year I don't work Fridays, so my day consists on getting out on the water as long as possible to hunt Redfish and Trout. This past Friday, I went out of Yankeetown and decided to fish a few areas I've never fished before on the falling tide. I got up on my poling platform and pushed around for 15-20 minutes before I saw the tails! After a few casts, tap tap, FISH ON! As I was fighting the fish, I tried to keep my eyes on the school but they were so spooked they were gone for good. After landing the fish, I got back up on the poling platform looking for similar results. Unfortunately after 45 minutes didn't see anything too promising so I got back on the motor and tried a different area. I kept my eye out for bottom structure, points, and anywhere water was moving. Finished up the day with a few more reds and then it was time to head on home. This is my first time posting on the threads, so I hope yall are capable of seeing the pictures I have posted and I look forward to posting much more. Tight Lines!
