Boynton offshore report - 9/5/16 Tiger Shark

Took my dad offshore for the first time on Labor Day and the conditions were good but an enormous storm loomed above the sea. The forecast predicted that it would be clear for a few hours so we headed out. Stayed in shallow between 80-120 feet. Got two really nice hits on my live gogs but they didn't get hooked. On the way back in my diving plug gets hit by something decently heavy, I'm hoping a cobia or something since I was inside the reef. Turned out to be a juvenile tiger shark, which I found surprising. My first tiger shark and it was on a plug on my yak no less.
