Went to lunch with a buddy at CB and he immediately started filling out the restaurant quality survey, really got into it in the comments section. I asked ****? He said he does it at every CB, leaves a lot of comments that they need to make biscuits like Hardees, Hardees has the best biscuits, why can't you make them like Hardees, etc. . . I laughed like hell.

Normally I only go there for Pancakes but by son wanted to go for dinner. I didn't want pancakes so I tried something different.
It didn't disappoint.

It certainly looks good.

I feel like I'm always disappointed with CB. Breakfast food is decent. But for me eating at a restaurant it is about the overall appeal and CB just doesn't rank well overall. Maybe it's just the one that's by me as I have found when I travel CB is a bit better than at home but still lacking something.

That's what mine looked like except I had tomato cucumber salad instead of Mac and Cheese.

I have better $teaks out but I have also had a lot worse for more $$

Don't know about that but their Tuna is awesome. Steaks are good but overpriced.

Agreed. They do a decent job for a decent price on what they're known for: country comfort food.

If you're looking for the really good stuff, that's at Waffle House.

I gave up on C.B. years ago. It seemed to me they can't cook grits and that should tell you something. I also noticed they bring your food out on a bunch of plates to make it look like there's more than there actually is.
Perhaps I should try it again, although I doubt I will.

No reason for canned or overcooked green beans either......:nono
