When it rains...

Hey everyone,
Just want to get some thoughts on when there is or has recently been alot of rain. With Hermine just about to reach us (I'm in Tarpon Springs) seems like an appropriate time to ask.
Do you guys bother going when there is this kind of weather, or does the pressure that comes along with the weather turn the bite off? Same with the water going to be very stained etc...
If you do fish during weather like this, are there certain things or spots you target. I used to fish a local spillway (between Lake Tarpon and the Gulf) but it never seemed to produce.

What do you all think? Thanks guys!

Well, right now the snook should be stacked up on every spillway out there... But I wouldn't say it's worth the safety risks of fishing for them in such bad conditions.
