I was surprised with lunch today by one of the girls in the office.
Orange rice, black beans, roast pork and mixed veggies. Looks a lot better than the grilled chicken breast I brought so I'll be splitting it with her

But aside from that stuff it was very healthy
Sure looks good. Is your coworker a Cuban or a Conch girl? Generally only Cubans from Key West or Tampa eat black beans with yellow rice. Miami, not so much as white rice is the norm.

I'm down about 100 lbs since I changed my eating habits. Had nothing to do with any challenge. I noted my progress during a period of time that the thread was being updated but I made a permanent change in my eating habits that had zero to do with any challenge

Topped it off with Wal Mart fried chicken and Hawaii Biskits for dinner...winning..

What's weird, my admin girl kicked butt at her job, helped me close contracts at weird hours abroad, no issue, I paid her well for it with commission bonus if I got one. We were a team. Her husband was cool and when I became a widower, they were very nice. We are still friends, both of us got young grandchildren now, life is good and short.
Bro you got issues with the female gender, you do realize they are half of our population. Nothing weird about having a female teammate. We did a lot of jobs in San Diego to generate power out in the desert. We were partners thats it, but did enjoy sharing a good homemade lunch, no biggie. We both had sig others, it was just about making money, no crazy predator stuff....know what you got issues.
