I don't like movies about satan. It really, really scares me. BTW, I believe Harry Potter has a satanic slant to it.

The devil is some evil stuff! Could take the form of Popeye's chicken, Lil' Debbie Snack cakes, your neighbor's wife.....you just never know.

The Grifter....scariest movie EVAR. Do yourself a favor, no matter how intrigued, don't watch it and ruin your life. Or end it...

The exorcist gives me the creeps man. how about A Haunting? It's a series of real life hauntings, demonic possessions, etc. It's on Discovery. I was watching the other night and I kept looking over my shoulder.

I laughed the whole way through The Exorcist ... and most 'horror' movies

they just don't seem scary to me

This. Used to watch in between rounds with the babysitter. The one where they rolled the car in the lake, and then pulled it out years later! The victims hair had grown out both windows..... Haven't seen that in 35 years and still remember the scene perfectly.

I think the movie is funny at times to watch. It was scary for its day, it still can be. I do like it cause it tries to be scary with the feel, not by being a slasher movie. Poltergeist is still the scariest movie ever
