The bird I thought was a snowy egret is, I believe, an immature little blue heron. If you have an opinion please share it.

Doing OK, thanks. Haven't done much shooting lately but hope to change that. How are things in your world?

Thanks Tim. I'm not happy with it but for the moment it's the best I have. Pulled over on the side of the road of a pretty busy street and grabbed what I could. They are a tough target for sure.

what is the kite shot missing???
it's kind of dramatic and all the other tech stuff is really good as well..

Kites are tough, & that shot is great. ours have all moved out for the year.

I guess I'm being hyper picky but it could be a tad sharper I think (still good for a moving target at 500mm handheld) and the tail feathers being asymmetrical is distracting.
