BW Conversion critique

I converted an egret photo to BW and wondered what those here might suggest changing about it. I'm not sure it is quite "right" I guess.

that's a really a great B&W...
stunning really...
I do my conversions in Lr, then go to my topaz B&W plugin for serious editing....

This. Well done. I might brighten it one-half stop of you are going to print it - which you should.

it went from a really good image to a really great, outstanding image....

wet willie is playing a free concert tonight at the downtown park...

I lightened it in Adobe Camera Raw the used the NIK filter Silver Effects Pro (Free) in Photoshop.
Lots of options in SEP but I went with this.
