Yeah, nothing special but hard to pass up at .29 cents a pound. No brine, no marinade. Some Memphis rub on some, Fiesta Chicken rub on other. Both groups with a sprinkle of Everglades Heat. Smoked at 230 IT for almost two hours, 165 IT, then transferred to a hot grill to crisp them up. Wood of choice, pecan/cherry mix. Removed around 180 IT.
