Dawn Patrol

I'm not much for sunrise shots but I did get a early walk at the beach this AM before heading to Chicago for a few days, for my daughter's graduation. I love to fish and kayak. This guy is doing both. The ocean was dead flat this morning.

Everyone have a great weekend. Peace.

    Craig,

    nice image...
I have an image of a sunset I took 150 nm offshore the other day...
night time was spectacular with no light pollution...
I tried to shoot venus which was brilliant, but the boat was rolling too much...
I even tried at iso 2000 with my 6d and couldn't get it right...
it was during my "dog watch" at the wheel...

Im glad you got a peaceful start to your day Craig. I saw the winds here were only going to be 5. Wish I had the time to run out too.

Capybara's are vicious and should not be let alone with small children. In-laws are another matter.............

Looks like a great place to spend a few hours this AM.
