Islamorad Red Hot reef fishing

We've had some really good reef fishing down here in Islamorada the last few weeks. Yellowtail fishing has been on fire and we're catching some really nice black grouper and mutton snapper as well. Today we went to the reef and caught our limit of 40 yellowtail snapper in the morning. There's been plenty of fish and nicer ones on the deeper parts of the reef out in 90 feet or so. We missed a few grouper bites on the yellowtail spot so we went out and anchored a little deeper and caught a few nice black grouper and a couple of mutton snapper. The biggest grouper went about 35 pounds. The grouper fishing has been steady since the opener a week ago. It hasn't been as red hot as last years opener, we've had to put our time in and work for them, but there have been some quality fish. Offshore dolphin fishing has been picking up and getting more consistent each week. Here are some pics from the last few weeks. And check out this awesome footage a customer of mine shot from his drone last week!
