PC Phin action Sunday 4/24

I got a report from Jeff that the bite was hot. Hooked up with Capt. Lennie on his hydra-sport. Arrived at the port to a major recession. We where 120th in line to launch. Must be the great weather we had. I will say it did move nicely. But why don't people use all three staging lines?
Made our way out with some nice seas.



Lines in at the 180 Mark and once all five in fish on. Nice little Weehoo at 14lbs


Nest up was Phin time




We grabbed 9 phins and 1 wahoo. Lost several fish with a greenhorn crew.


Got some fish for the house though

nice report. you guys stick to that 180 or you move around???? we went out at dark thirty and drove right past that nice color change. and the sausage size fliers. we did see them and a mess of boats coming back in about 220 to 180 though, but were too **** to fish anymore.

we worked out to 340 about 1:30 when the bite slowed down. Picked up a few more out there. The afternoon was slow for us. Most action was before 12.
